The Western Agricultural Union (WAU) is a cooperative nation located deep on the western axis in former HJE territory, near the Best Western Vault. The WAU is a decentralized nation that provides allotments for farming to those who don't have access to farms in their own nation.
The CCCP incident
On October 16th 2021, Chairman Lanni declared the WAU under the control of a radical faction of The Workers' Party, and declared WAU as a member of the Confederation of Cities, Communes and Protectorates[1]. However, the CCCP did not technically exist until its charter was ratified the following day. WAU was still included as one of the 7 founding member-nations of the CCCP despite WAU never being annexed. Meaning WAU unilaterally and illegally joined the CCCP before it existed, arguably making it the CCCP's first member-nation.
