It bordered [[Jolington]] in multiple areas and was situated on old land once occupied by [[Air Bud Republic]] and [[Grand Imperium]]. It's founder and leader was LeFluffyUnicorn, who made it after his original nation "'''Isle of DOOM!'''" was dissolved due to it's controversial super-villain LARPing.

Through it's brief time as nation, the citizens were assumed to all just be close friends in real life, which would explain why they weren't taking citizenship requests or establishing diplomacy with anyone beyond the members of the NWO. However, it was revealed after the CivClassic server shut down that it was just the player [[LIQUID STEREO]] trolling on four different alts for laughs.
