The United Northern Congress was an alliance on CivClassic 2.0. It is a reformation of the Old United Northern Congress, which was disbanded in July of 2019.
It was reformed on the 26th of November by Gabon and Varkonia and announced to the world on the 30th of November, being also joined by The City of England, Kingdom of Kaltsburg and Kingdom of New Thoria.[1][2]
Member States
For a member state to join the UNC, all security council members vote to decide on whether nations are allowed entry or not. Uplifting to Security council status requires all security council members to unanimously agree.
