Tel Aviv was a hybrid of Matriarchy and Monarchy, ruled by the beloved Queen Mowtek. Tel Aviv was founded on the 24th of October 2018 by OLivay and his Israeli Youtube viewers on the smoldering ruins of Lexington. It was closed off to visitors. TLV exported bulk prot, XP, obsidian and more.
