Carson, officially the Federated Workers' Cooperative of Carson, was an anarchist entity in the southeast quadrant. Carson was a rebirth of the oceanic Civcraft city of the same name, similarly being a city located within a large square hole in the ocean, and located at similar coordinates (with only the X axis being flipped from it's original Civcraft incarnation).
