Locke City was a state in the shallow +,+ that was founded by Joshua_Graham on February 7th, 2020. He stated on Reddit he was founding a new city because Freedonia had been abandoned for a while, and occupied by various people. He offered to work out Citadal groups with whoever claimed the land.[1] They claimed the beach, and a nearby mushroom island at 3000, 2000[2]
Current day
Their land is now held by Yoahtl, and their mushroom island is part of Piltover.
