Provincia

Provincia is the Civclassics project of a long lasting group of civcrafters. Though rarely as active as in years past the city still sees occasional activity as a resort town and building project for members of the group.

Famous for their tradition of hockey playing and good natured neutrality in server politics the U3P has built towns together since 3.0 after forming in the Plus Plus of 2.

The U3P (United provinces of the plus plus) is a longstanding multi nation alliance. The original aim of the U3P was to provide security for smaller settlements, a stable economy for larger settlements as well as have the less politically motivated be represented on an international scale by experienced members.

In modern times the U3P is also called Provincia.

History

Civcraft 2.0

Origins and early history

The Plus Plus of 2.0 had long been host to a number of small and medium sized settlements which could provide varying levels of security to their citizens. Though others in the past had tried and failed the King of Pella was fixated on the idea to unite the region and in doing so become the Emperor of a grand and powerful polity. His attempts to create an empire failed but in the face of growing raid threats from marauding HCF clans a loose understanding eventually grew until the signing of the Clocktower Accords and the establishing of the United Provinces of the Plus Plus (or U3P).

The U3P was formed on....... The initial member towns being New danzilona, Pella, Churchill and blackcrown.
