Phylon was a country in the +,+ quadrant that was founded sometime in 2017, according to the only claim map from the time. On December 10th of 2019, Odresh attempted to annex Phylon, believing it to be a dead country, resulting in the Odresh-Phylon Conflict.[1] Due to this Phylon had closed their borders on December 21st.[2] On December 22nd Vinland and Okashima posted on the subreddit about their stances on the conflict.[3] Eventually a judge was brought in from MTA to settle the dispute, resulting in two Odreshis being pearled for a short time, and very minor reparations.
