The Continent of Deluvia, commonly called just Deluvia, is a Geographical Region on CivMC, located entirely within the -,+ or Southwest quadrant. It is sparsely populated, most densely populated areas are on the eastern portions of the continent. The continent does have the server's largest rail network.
