The Cooperative Commonwealth of Tenants' Toil (CCTT) is a nation on both CivMC and CivReign[1][2]. It is the spiritual successor to CivRealm's short-lived Georgia, succeeding in following and further developing it's national ideology centered around the Single Tax; prescribed officially as Cooperative-Individualism[1]. The CCTT is centered around personal property rights in regards to the fruits of labor, but hold land nationally as non-excludable common property, available for use to all its' citizens who are colloquially called Tenants. As of April 2023, the CCTT is a member-state of the Imperial Federation on CivMC[3], whereas it excises as a fully sovereign nation-state on CivReign.
