Kaltsburg, officially the Principality of Kaltsburg is an Absolute Monarchy on the Western Continent of CivMC. It was preceded by Kaltsburg on CivClassic and Florence. The Central-European themed nation founded by Deyan and Kashev in 2018 on CivClassic, the nation re-established itself on CivMC in June 2024.

Government

The government of Kaltsburg is an Absolute Monarchy ruled by the Prince. The Government consists of the Prince, The Chancellor and any ministers appointed by each of them.

Culture

Language

German is used for naming cities, territories and landmarks, while English is used for communication and official documents.

Architecture

Kaltsburg's architecture has largely remained the same since its foundation, however incorporating new elements and details over the years. The most common blocks used are stone bricks, stone and bricks for facades with light blue, cyan and blue terracotta being used for roofs. The style is a combination of Dutch, Belgian and German baroque and neo-classical architecture.

National Symbols

Flag

The Flag is a horizontal two-color with red on top and gold at the bottom. These are also the national colors used in many banners and decorations with different variations.

Coat of Arms

The Coat of Arms is a shield in two parts - the top part being a golden lion on a red background (to symbolize the new Kaltsburgisch nation on CivMC) and the bottom part being a black lion on a yellow background (to symbolize Kaltsburg on CivClassic as gold and black were its national colors on that iteration of the server)

The Lion

The national animal of Kaltsburg is the lion, used on plenty of its historic heraldry, statues and sculptures.
