The Municipality of Tortugán is a region of Icenia located in Karydia on CivMC and founded on June 3rd, 2023. It is neighbored by Respein, Reggio Argeddina, and Mercutio. The region was named for its wealth of turtles, and has begun development of shops, factories, and apartments.
