  • Organised the in-game construction of the Pavian townhall, the first mega-build to be completed on the server.
  • Created the Pavian Bureau of Architecture to streamline construction projects throughout Pavia, and organised the #pavia-schematics channel and payment programs funded by the Pavian Government and Monument Group.
  • Created initial designs for, and managed the construction of the western and northern rail viaducts.
  • Created the Pavian Kingsroad with BritishWanderer, an international road network connecting the Lyrean nations of Pavia, Lambat and Mehri.
  • Assisted with the construction of the City of Pavia, primarily through managing the logistics of building a city of it's scale - but also through the design of a number of buildings, mainly in conjunction with Paagf - but with the involvement of many others.
  • Designed the Duchy of Windermere.
  • Designed initial plans for the Pavian Grand Exchange - a service initially provided by the Pavian Government, and later the Monument Group. It's intention to strike a balance between a community that shares all items, and a community dominated by private trade through making government subsidised blocks available to citizens.
  • Created the Council of Universal Betterment (C.U.B), a series of agreements between the nation of Pavia and nations around the map that saw significant expansions in rail connections to Pavia and set the groundwork for future opportunities of collaboration through embassies, enhanced market access and established communication channels.
