Paagf (stylized paagf) is a Civ-player and former Minister for Housing & Urban Development in Gabon. He is the Duke of Vetranio in the Empire of Pavia
and served as Crown Prince of Pavia in the reigns of paagf I and paagf II, and has been Emperor of Pavia since his election on 2 February 2024. He is the architect of many of Pavia's most prestigious buildings including the townhall, station, cathedral and museum. He also supports the Monument Group on the board, and by providing his services as an architect for the construction of both national and international branches and stores.
