IceBoy_Board, also known as IceBoy or GeneralPingu_, is a Swedish player who is very religious to Aganism. He is known for being the King and one of the founders of Äggland and being one of the founders of Icarus. Currently he is also leading the UÄK. He is also on Civwiki top 50 list. He was a critic of the Lambat Berry Bush Regulation Act.
