The March Pact is an alliance on CivMC between Cortesia Del Mar, Aurellia, Ila'Kyavul, and the Arsenio Pact. It is a mutual defense alliance with a structure loosely based on that of the CES and AF, furnished with a permanent alliance tribunal and president. Its articles providing for the alliance tribunal and president are currently suspended by a transitional provision.
