The Hyperborean Confederation is a nation founded by SpacemanSpleef after the CivClassics Shutdown on CivRevolution. It is a continuation of his CivUniverse nation of the same name, and replaced his single island nation of Columbia. Its cultural influences come from both the original Hyperborean Confederation, as well as the Federal Republic of Acadia, whom the Founder spent a long time with.
It is the headquarters of both the ACGG and SPLEEF Corp.
