The Organic Commonwealth of Tenancy (OCT) is a nation on CivCubed and Civ+ that plans to be a continuation of CivMC and CivReign's CCTT, and CivRealms' Georgia. Described by its governance as a Demarcho-Physiocratic Monarchy under a Tenant Class-Dictatorship, At the announcement of the OCT[1], its state ideology was described as:
- A Single Tax Regime on Rent; Socialization of land into Common Property
- Tenemental Unionism; Political Unity of World Tenancy
- Legal Despotism; Monarchical Rule in Accordance with Natural Economic Laws
- Respect for Personal Property; Labor is Entitled to Their Full Wage
