The Kingdom of Monterrey, a constitutional monarchy settled on the former lands of Akai, Georgia, and Risk, is a successor to the Republic of Georgia. It is bordered by Caledonia (via Adina) to the northwest, Amyr to the northwest, Cortesia Del Mar to the east, and its exclave borders Mir to the northeast.

Government
The Parliament
The Parliament is the supreme public legislator of the Kingdom, it has 3 elected ministers; every two months the ministers are appointed by the King.
The King
The King is an elected position where the elector is given autocratic powers of the state. The King is able to overrule the Parliament under any circumstances.
History

On October 26th, 2016, Atosvan was founded as a Socialist Republic. As Atosvan grew it soon applied for provincial status in the United Socialist Republic (USR). After six months of being under the USR, Atosvan, which at the time was known as Qhubeka, declared independence from the USR. A month after independence, Qhubeka and Favahland had united into a new state called Omkhulu. Nearly a weak later, The Georgian Confederation was formed, in which Omkhulu was absorbed into. By the time Devoted 3.0 was shut down, Omkhulu as well as the Georgian Confederation, was one of the last active nations.

During the Georgian days of Devoted, another different Georgia was formed by the same people. They formed the original Georgian Confederation formed the Confederation of Georgia. After a month of activities, it began to be plagued with inactivity.

After a year of inactivity, it was reformed in the southeastern quadrant of the map under the name of The Third Federal Republic of Georgia. After a few weeks of activities, Risk Republic had formed Thalassocracy. Almost immediately, Georgia had applied for statehood in the Thalassocracy. When Thalassocracy unified with Pruthenia which formed Vítelia. Georgia, however, had opted out for autonomy under Vitelia. After various Vitelian shenanigans, however, it became inactive. On January 6th, 2019 the partition of Vitelia had granted Georgia the Isle of Risk and the Island of Georgia Proper. On May 10th, 2019 Georgia had participated in the Third Olympics in Gensokyo.
On that same day, it had changed its name from The Fifth Federal Republic of Georgia to The Republic of Asiro.
On May 17th, 2019 the purchase of the island of Vista had been approved. On May 18th, 2019 Asiro had claimed the Island of Quercia.
On April 15th, 2020, the Estiran Confederacy declares independence from Vilsek
On December 13th, 2020, the Kingdom of Monterrey is founded.

Akai is a Principality within the kingdom, it is a former nation in the +, + that shares the same name, it is home to the capital, Barcelona.
Monterrey
Monterrey is a principality comprising of the provinces of Risk, Mila-Cascadia, the city of Arem, and the capital, Barcelona.
