Ch1pR, HSM, is the founder and de facto Emperor of the Ch1pR Empire. He is regarded as mainly a PVP'r/automated farmer and previous Minister of Defense and citizen to the nation of Lambat. He is also a part-time bounty hunter, and enjoys pestering people who are selling things in Icenia. He is known for getting lost on the rails and assisting in the killing of the Terrorist cow in Lambat. He often gets into Controversies and his nation of Sussex is vicitm to much drama and terrorism.

ZombiOsprey Incident
In late August, 2021, an account, ZombiOsprey, logged on claiming to have been Ex-NATO/Appomattox and was digging up drop chests in modern day Sussex. This put many countries into high alert, and Zombi got put as POS in Sussex. On August 27th, Zombi was pearled by BennyZ and it was revealed that Zombi was actually an alt of Ch1pr. Due to this, Ch1pr couldnt log on with his main, and due to account association issues Commrade Potatoe temperarily was unable to log on. Ch1pr was fired from Minister of Defense in Lambat due to his actions, and a replacement has yet to be announced.
