The Empire of Tarragona was a small city state led by uphost, founded in May of 2018. To recruit members, uphost posted a thread on the subreddit[1] looking for members. Unfortunately, the contents of that thread were lost to the sands of time.
Uphost eventually gathered plaxcaster, just2d, YourAverageRick, and jecowa[2]. The group soon opened up relations with Verda and Carpathia, eventually building a rail to Crowsroost. Rick conducted most of the group's diplomacy.
The land eventually became a part of Nyasaland, but was handed over to Appomattox in the Treaty of Grestin. It was renamed to Duskwood.
