Estiran Confederacy
The Estiran Confederacy was a confederation in the +, + quadrant. It bordered Vilsek and Akai. It was a collection of 7 different states unified under a single confederation. It was formerly an autonomous state under Vítelia, and it is the continuation of the Republic of Asiro. Many of the Estiran Confederacy's lands are now claimed by Monterrey.

Government
The Senate
The Senate of Estiran Confederation was a unicameral senate with 7 Senators and one Head Senator who each represented one of the 7 states and 1 capital district.
The Chief Senator
The Chief Senator was an elected official whom was elected via a national election every 7 months. They have the duty of administering funds from the Confederal Treasury to each state and or city. They also have the duty of enacting bills into law. They also are head diplomat of the Confederation.
History
Devoted 3.0
On October 26th, 2016, Atosvan was founded as a Socialist Republic. As Atosvan grew it soon applied for provincial status in the United Socialist Republic (USR). After six months of being under the USR, Atosvan, which at the time was known as Qhubeka, declared independence from the USR. A month after independence, Qhubeka and Favahland had united into a new state called Omkhulu. Nearly a weak later, The Georgian Confederation was formed, in which Omkhulu was absorbed into. By the time Devoted 3.0 was shut down, Omkhulu as well as the Georgian Confederation, was one of the last active nations.

During the Georgian days of Devoted, another different Georgia was formed by the same people. They formed the original Georgian Confederation formed the Confederation of Georgia. After a month of activities, it began to be plagued with inactivity.

After a year of inactivity, it was reformed in the southeastern quadrant of the map under the name of The Third Federal Republic of Georgia. After a few weeks of activities, Risk Republic had formed Thalassocracy. Almost immediately, Georgia had applied for statehood in the Thalassocracy. When Thalassocracy unified with Pruthenia which formed Vítelia. Georgia, however, had opted out for autonomy under Vitelia. After various Vitelian shenanigans, however, it became inactive. On January 6th, 2019 the partition of Vitelia had granted Georgia the Isle of Risk and the Island of Georgia Proper. On May 10th, 2019 Georgia had participated in the Third Olympics in Gensokyo.
On that same day, it had changed its name from The Fourth Federal Republic of Georgia to The Republic of Asiro.
On May 17th, 2019 the purchase of the island of Vista had been approved. On May 18th, 2019 Asiro had claimed the Island of Querocia.
On April 7th, 2020 The Estiran Confederacy was established.
States
The States of Estira.
The States of Estira in order of founding are Georgia, Risk, Diora, Mila, Arem, Vista, and Querocia. Each state acted autonomously from the Confederal Government, state law could overrule Confederal law unless the law in question is above Tier II status.
State of Arem
Arem was a capital district which is overseen by the Chief Senator, who acted as the Mayor of Arem and the representative of Arem.
State Government
The States' Senator acted as head of the State Government and as Senator of the state in question.
The Senator of the state had the duty of enacting the laws of each state and providing funding from the Confederal treasury with consent from the Chief Senator.
