Bloof (IGN: bloof_) is a citizen of Titan Industries, and Petrichor. Bloof is best known for her time as Prime Minister of Acadia on CivClassic, having served the maximum of three terms, and overseeing the transformation of Acadia from a simple newfriend nation to regional player.
