United Northern Congress (created 2021)
The United Northern Congress is an alliance on CivClassics 2.0. It is a reformation of the Old United Northern Congress, which was disbanded in July of 2019. Its members include Varkonia, Gabon, Kaltsburg, New Thoria, and City of England.
