On CivRev, their organization and location is largely a mystery, likely due to intentional secrecy. Savaguard has been accused of attacking or raiding a number of nations in the early weeks of CivRev, including multiple raids on Icarus (The Sava Crisis) and their involvement in the Southern Island Conflict with Saint Lola.
