Phobitica is a founder of the nation of Mercutio, a nation on CivMC. She is the nation's first and longest serving Speaker of the Council, having been elected to the position twice, on the First and Fourth Council. As Speaker, Phobitica has developed the nation's international standing, securing Mercutio strong relationships with nations such as Pacem and Nara. As Councilor of the Interior, Phobitica has developed much of the Malina Seafront and Lover's Landing.
On April 17th, 2023, Phobitica married Masqis, a Pavian national, in the nation's cathedral.[1]
