Neustrian Consulate, more known as Neustria was a little French themed state south-east of Volkstadt, in the +,+ of Civcraft 2.0. It had been founded by Marxyz, a citizen of /pol/ynesia. He founded Neustria with a French friend during August 2015. It was at the beginning just a little settlement and it started to grow slowly from the beginning. It was as of October 2015, populated by about 10 active players. Its main and only city was Robespierre (inspired by the name of the famous French revolutionary). Since the beginning, Neustria had very close ties with /pol/ynesia, the old nation of its founder.
Government
Neustria was an absolute "consulate" (that meant the consuls ruled with absolute power, there was no constitution) with monthly elections. All active citizens were able to vote and all citizens were eligible to be a candidate. Each citizen was able to vote for 2 people they thought would lead Neustria properly.
History
At the beginning, Neustria was a small settlement, originally made by two people; Marxyz and Panzala. The land had already hosted one city; GravelTown (On which the "Château de Gravelle"(Castle of Gravelle) was intended to be built). After two weeks the city, now called Robespierre, started to gain more citizens. It continued to grow. After the dissolution of Spainland (during last days of October 2015), Neustria had been given the whole "Las Colonias" (the colonies) region. Some days later Chanada was dissolved and land shared between Neustria and /pol/ynesia[1] (Neustria considered the dissolution to have happened on the 2nd of November). A referendum was held, the consuls wanted to know what the people wanted. The results were that people wanted Neustria to be a vassal state of /pol/ynesia. Independence was a very close second. The consuls, after that, started to work on a constitution, which was needed.

Election system
Consuls for the month were elected the last Friday of the month before. Every citizens has 2 vote ; one per consul.
