Detective Amanda CC also known as AmandaCC or DetectiveCC is Lumi-Luso-Confederate-Septembrian politician, journalist and librarian. She was a Judge of the Supreme Court of Mount September from February 2021[1] to May 2021[2] and editor in chief as well as writer of La Lune de Septembre until its dissolution.
In June 2021, she announced the nation of Lumière[3], which she heads as Consul. She was made advisor in the Mount September discord on July 18 2021 under the Thraldrek mayorship, giving her access to government channels. She became Minister of Culture of Lusitania from the 1st of August 2021, being appointed by the then-Prime Minister of Lusitania ThomasNoronha[4], and kept her position in the DarkDevil government, however she resigned from that post on October 28, 2021.
She is in the process of building an underwater library in Mount September and plans for the library to have over 200 books.

Meaning of CC
