The Wagner Group were a raider group that were active in the region around 0,0 on CivRev. They were based south of Wacc. They are notable for raiding Old Narra, and Hurtsey. The members of the group are still largely unknown but include ashnwill[1], and their leader was allegedly a user called "vito" They ceased being active after the first week of CivRev.
