The Treaty of Valyria City was an agreement, signed on the 5th of February, leading to the independence of Cascadia from Columbia, while also a peace treaty involving the end of all hostilities. It set out what land would be seceding from Columbia to create Cascadia. The same day it was signed it was posted to the civclassics subreddit.[1] The peace aspect of the treaty didn't last long and failed to prevent the Columbia-Cascadia War.
