Quanton Biscuit

Quanton_Biscut is a longtime member of the Republic of Icenia and Icenia's current Minister of Defense. He is notable for being one of the Generals of the Icenia Milita (IDF) and a principle designer of the Cringe Pit Home for Troubled Youth. Quanton_Biscut is an Infinity War veteran who saw combat action in Columbia, Hallow, The Holy Jaded Empire, Polska, Corvus, and Pinkerton. He is the owner and operator of QBI (Quantanamo Bay Industries), which is one of Icenia's main shops.
