Lowtuff is a long time player known for travelling and exploring the map and lives in Threepton as a provincian citizen. First started playing on civ servers in July 2013.
After an IRL dalliance with the works of Kevin Carson, Lowtuff decided to recreate the city of Carson from 2.0 This new Carson is where Lowtuff can now often be found if not pearled or mapping.
In the last year Lowtuff has been pearled no less than 5 times on various trespassing and related charges due to a relentless and principled commitment to free knowledge and the rights of civvers to peaceably travel unmolested about a public server.
