Lagiacrus (formerly Lagiacrus11) is a long term Icenian government member (including Secretary of State) and PvPer. Was a combatant in the Infinity War.[1] Lagiacrus was trained by Saren_Solaris and fondly remembers the long hours in /warp skull training to become Icenia's best military commander. Since the beginning of CivMC, Lagiacrus has ascended to the position of Minister of Defense of Icenia, where he has worked to develop an intricate ice road network and a city skybunker dubbed Space Needle III. Lagiacrus has never lost an election since taking office in Icenia, and he is quick to remind the oligarchy that he has blackmail on everyone.
