Kaowta
Kaowta (kay-OH-ta), officially the Council State of Kaowta, is a country on CivMC located in central Karydia, straddling the boundary between -,- and -,+. Kaowta consists of five constituent settlements, the largest being the capital city of Kardovia; it borders Icarus to the west and the Holy See to the south, with a large coastline to its north. It shares maritime boundaries with Mercutio and Icarus. It is headed by its first president and head of state Plrog, along with other councillors subservient under a collective directorial republic.

Government
Since its founding, Kaowta has been considered a directorial republic, more commonly considered a "council republic" (not to be confused with a council republic) under Plrog, the first and only president of the country. Kaowtan politics are characterized by an emphasis on democracy and freedom of choice.
Executive power is held and shared by the State Council, an group of representatives elected every month. Constitutionally, the President of Kaowta is the official head of state, and holds legal jurisdiction above that of the State Council. The government of Kaowta is made up of three Commissions, each headed by a Secretary. These secretaries are councillors and manage the functions of the state. The head of government is the Secretary of State of Kaowta, who often is the leader of the largest political party in the country. The President is a primus inter pares, holding no explicit legal powers above those of the State Council. The Secretary of Commerce controls economic and trade matters of Kaowta, and is currently without leadership. The Secretary of Construction is head of the Construction Commission, which controls the affairs of building jurisdiction across the country.
History
Kaowta came to CivMC on 26th of June 2023 when Plrog decided to resettle the lands of Respein. Before that Kaowtans played on others servers where it was initially founded on 2nd of June 2023. It was later raided by Icenians who thought it was abandoned, but the Icenians apologized and returned everything when they realized it was not abandoned.

Kardovia
The Capital of Kaowta, Kardovia is currently undergoing a great construction boom with a new exchange, factory building, and newfriend apartments being built, and several old buildings being demolished to make way for new ones.
Fortnum
Fortnum is a town located In the northwest of Kaowta, which is presently under ownership of the state after its leader Lord_Fuzzy moved to another nation. It presently has a sugarcane and dripleaf farm.
Bordercross
Bordercross is a town located in the southwest of Kaowta. It is home to a sugarcane farm, bamboo farm, and cocoa farm.
Acre
Acre is the easternmost inhabited town, it is fairly small. It was originally intended to be an island fortress, but was moved before much construction occured.
Jepp's Bay
Jepp's bay is a small abandoned settlement which was originally intended to be an extension of Bordercross.
