The Felician Empire Of Casson or FEC is a nation on CivRevolution founded by Wilson5756 & UB40.
It was founded during the The Great Civclassic Migration period and mainly consists of a mix of old civclassics players from : IMC , Mir & Hjaltland.
The FEC is located in a jungle biome with Fortuna to the east and Gempire to the west.
