Council Decree Four
Council Decree Four from the Maester Alliance was a declaration that the maester Weishaar had been accepted into the Low Council of the Maesters. It was signed on the 22nd of August 2015 and posted to Reddit on the 23rd.[1] It was signed by all members of the High and Low Councils of the Maesters, Marcus_Flaminius, Mulificus, SortByNode and Logic_Man,whose signatures are written on the decree in a glyph form of Toki Pona.[2] The decree was the result of a meeting of the Council where Weishaar was nominated for membership of the Low Council for his efforts promoting books and managing the Library of Mount Augusta, the vote was unanimous.[2]
