CivMC

Early Life

Qaad joined CivMC at the end of July 2022, and rejoined the Danzilonans. He built a log cabin in the Southern Province of the FDR, and slowly expanded his wheat and carrot farmland into what was referred to locally as “the Breadfort”.

Business

In August 2022, Qaad founded the Southern Province Farmer’s Market, a small marketplace at the border between Melia Province and Southern Province.

Politics

In mid August 2022, Qaad was appointed Archivist of the Republic by then-Interior Minister grenadeninja, a delegated position under the Interior Minister. Qaad proposed this position to assist the Interior Minister with the record-keeping responsibilities of the office.

In late August 2022, Qaad ran unsuccessfully against Des23, lone22wolf, and Perdikkas for Interior Minister. Qaad was the singular candidate running only for Interior Minister; the other candidates ran simultaneously for all three open government positions.

In mid September 2022, Qaad was appointed Consul of the Southern Province by Des23, a delegated position under the Interior Minister. Although no formal acceptance was made, Qaad is presumed to have accepted it by posting the requested survey of the Southern Province on September 17th.

Qaad proposed several pieces of legislation in the FDR:

  • The Ministry Duties Continuance Act (MDCA)
  • The Provincial Autotomy Act (PAA)
