The National Visionary and Defense Party(i'Nothlir Tira a' Nidh Farroth in Tahar ), or the NVDP, is a right-wing Acadian political party founded by SpacemanSpleef in August 2021. It was established through the merger of the National Defense Party and the Visionary Party of Acadia which stood to lose their official recognition as political parties due to lack of members. The party quickly gained political influence and the partisan wave of October 2021 saw the party gaining near total control of the Acadian government after the collapse of the APP and the retirement of Prime Minister Bloof. The party has committed itself to large-scale reforms of Acadia´s legal and political structure. The first major success of this was the National Council System. Their largest stronghold is in Thompson, but it has members elsewhere.
