Kingdom of Tophanya

The Kingdom of Tophanya was a shortlived nation founded in Nro'meagh by Khardbass in late March 2020. It was created when Khardbass attacked the city-state of Tophanya, which was in close proximity to the capital of Caesar's Legion, of which Khard was a part of. Realizing his conquest might not be recognized by the Legion, he declared himself King. Soon, forces from Threlkeld would ally with the exiles and face Khard, who had no support from the Legion. In the face of certain disaster, he left the town and left it undefended, open for its rulers to return.
