Council Decree Two was an announcement by the Maester Alliance of people that had been accepted for initiation into the Maesters as decided by an unanimous vote at the second meeting of the Council.[1][2]SortByNode, adeadhead, UnkownOreo1996, tylertoon2 and Weishaar would all become maesters because of this.
