Council Decree Five publicly announced the intention of the Maester Alliance to set up in Concordia once Civcraft 3.0 was launched, and was a result of a vote at the 5th meeting of the Maester Alliance low and high councils which took place between the 2nd and 6th of July 2016.[1]Originally 6 nations were up for consideration: Aurora, Concordia, Haven, Libra, U3P and Yoahtl.[2][3] Four out of Five voted for Concordia with one abstention due to absence.[1] The decree at the bottom lists the names of those that signed in Toki Pona the language traditionally used by the Maesters.
