The Cooperative Commonwealth of Tenants' Toil (CCTT) will-be/is a Federation of Cities, Towns, Farms & Homesteads, a sovereign nation in the world of r/CivMC.
The Ideology of the Country shall be Cooperative-Individualism, known more commonly as Georgism. Cooperative-Individualism/Georgism is a philosophy of Political Economy holding that every citizen (tenant) is entitled to the fruits of their hard work; wages from labour & interest from capital, but that the rent from land and & other natural resources belong to all of society.
The basis of the State shall be centred around a Single-Tax Regime on Rent (STRR). Governing this regime shall be a Directorate of Regime Secretaries (DRS), the Executive with every member of the DRS chosen by an Assembly of Commons (AC), the Legislature, whose members are elected by sortition, with all Tenants of the Commonwealth (TTC) eligible for office.
The CCTT was de facto lead by its' Founder Plupsnup, until a formal constitution would have been drafted and the commonwealth-republic's first elections would have been held.
