The City of Barcelona was the capital and largest city of the The United Kingdom of Monterrey. It's population as of 2021 was 3, and was a bastion of art-deco style buildings.

It was situated 900 blocks west of New Sol, and 600 blocks south of Diora, the former capital of The Republic of Georgia.
