The Kingdom of Winterbourne is led by Her Majesty the Princess Bow of the Royal House Winterbourne and was geographically in the +,+ quadrant of Civ Classic on land West of Odresh under the protectorate of Yoahtl. Since the new world of CivMC it has located itself in the Far North of the world around the North Pole. Winterbourne has minimal resources, but is resilient and encompasses a world view of peace and harmony through it's demonstrated diplomatic missions to other nations and welcomes all across her lands.
It adopted Yoahtl law and delegated tasks of crime and national security to the Yoahtl government under the Winterbourne Peace Declaration and further boldened by the Winterbourne Act. All subjects of the crown are expected to abide by the laws and customs of Yoahtl as if it were a citizen.
