The Kingdom of Winterbourne is led by Her Majesty the Princess Bow of the Royal House Winterbourne and was geographically in the +,+ quadrant of Civ Classic on land West of Odresh under the protectorate of Yoahtl. Since the new world of CivMC it has located itself in the Far North of the world. Winterbourne has minimal resources, but encompasses a world view of peace and harmony and welcomes all across her lands.
It adopted Yoahtl law and delegated tasks of crime and national security to the Yoahtl government under the Winterbourne Peace Declaration and further boldened by the Winterbourne Act. All subjects of the crown are expected to abide by the laws and customs of Yoahtl as if it were a citizen.

Winterbourne located itself in the far North of the CivMC world encompassing the North Pole. An area desolate of life, the people of Winterbourne are of hard stock and make do with little; though enjoy the privilege of having a special relationship with Yoahtl allowing it's citizens to visit and roam in sunnier climates.
=== Icenia Embassy ===
On the 11th June 2022 Icenia granted Winterbourne the permission to build an embassy in Icenia City. Construction of the embassy is underway, however due to Winterbourne's limited resources this is likely to take sometime to complete. It is hoped the nation will enjoy a lasting relationship of peace and harmony.
