The Kingdom of Winterbourne is led by Her Majesty the Princess Bow of the Royal House Winterbourne and was geographically in the +,+ quadrant of Civ Classic on land West of Odresh under the protectorate of Yoahtl. Since the new world of CivMC it has located itself in the Far North of the world around the North Pole.
The country has minimal resources, but is resilient and encompasses a world view of peace and harmony through its demonstrated diplomatic missions to other nations by the Royal Princess, it welcomes all across her lands to enjoy its vast wilderness and untouched lands.
It adopted Yoahtl law and delegated tasks of crime and national security to the Yoahtl government under the Winterbourne Peace Declaration and further boldened by the Winterbourne Act. All subjects of the crown are expected to abide by the laws and customs of Yoahtl as if it were a citizen. ▼

Citizenship of Yoahtl grants honorary citizen of Winterbourne, however citizenship of Winterbourne does not guarantee citizenship of Yoahtl, though it’s subjects shall enjoy expected freedom of travel within Yoahtl without prejudice. The reigning monarch of Winterbourne holds a royal prerogative of creating and enacting law, and meting out punishment by order, this prerogative however has historically very rarely been exercised. Winterboure Atol was an island secured near the South Pole of the Civ Rev world allowing it's citizens a place of warmth and comfort to recoup, re-energise and reflect before returning to the mainland. The acquisition of the land so far away from its mainland was an unusual and unprecedented move from the Winterbourne government which may remain an anomaly in its history.
