The WA was a forum formed early in the map between several influential like-minded states.
The members were Commonwealth, Falstadt, Impasse, and Mir.
The WA is most famous for being one of the sides in the Somber War, with Lexington being the other.
To become a member of the WA, a state had to be reasonably well-established and have stable leadership, and pass a simple majority vote among the leaders of each member state.
After the end of the Somber War, the WA was dissolved, many of its members now being organized in the SATO.
