Elysian Pact or Estalian?

Based off the Estalian story, they were observing the attack on Fempire Vault while Volterran fighters got involved. However, editing the wikipage to say 'Elysian Pact' has been reverted. Due to how unclear the usernames of the people present during the attack on Fempire, what should be the course of action? Just the Estalian flag, the EP flag or the Volterran and Estalian flags?

I bought this up in the Civwiki Discord (https://discord.gg/RMSSH8T8Bs) that "if you're going to list other combatants you should list the countries they're apart of, not the alliance bloc they're a part of - there aren't any sources/proof to provide credence to it being an official alliance bloc action"
