Within hours of the start of his reign, Creepi0n hosted the signing of the FCC between Pavia, the Imperial Federation, Pridelands, and Venne. To prepare for this international gathering, the flags of each signing party was hung from the Pavian Townhall and the Bureau of Architecture outfitted the Throne Room with a suitable signing table, and adorned the ceiling with gold blocks.<ref>https://i.imgur.com/dw8gnf7.png</ref> This diplomatic endeavor was coupled with internal political changes at the very top of the Principality, with the Privy Council simultaneously unanimously voting to revoke the Ducal title of CeasarBiggles and dissolve the Duchy of Caeseria back into Crownland. This removal of a Duke was the first of its kind in Pavia, and whilst the split between the outgoing Duke and Privy Council was said to be amicable, this instance set precedence for the Crown Prince to utilise their given powers more freely. The sixth Ducal position would be filled by CedarValiant just 4 days later on the 19th of Oct, receiving a unanimous approval of his Ducal petition for the lands of Avalonna.
The Von Thusis period would oversee a transformation of the Pavia state away from the necessary socialist/collectivist economic system into a state-guided capitalist framework. Vast expansion of the city housing would see the founding of the Monument Group, a property development company with the goal of leasing and selling property to individuals. The property company would soon be granted the power to bestow citizenship on property purchasers, which the Monument Group would incorporate into their sales at a base price of 32d, later raising this to 64d on the 11th of November.
This prince-led desire for a new economic system would culminate in the expansion of the depository, a storage of building blocks & materials that was previously kept for government use only, to be opened to the general public as the Grand Exchange. To back up the opening of the Grand Exchange, the Crown Prince would institute a treasurer and mint master decree, these individuals would oversee the management not only of the Grand Exchange but of the establishment of a Pavian currency used within the nation. This would be joined with further exchanges, such as the Pavian Ore Exchange on main street.

These decrees and establishment of the Grand Exchange greatly increased the average pavian's access to every type of building block, and provided a much needed boost to the productivity of newfriend construction zones such as the Bedford Commons - This was especially vital as residency in the City of Pavia quickly found itself in high demand by rich foreigners due to the Monument Group.
On the 19th of November, Pavia hosted its first '[[Farley wars|Farley War]]' an series of sportive war games, first done on [[Civcraft 2.0]], named after an ancient player of [[Farley50|Farley]]. The Pavian farley war was a success, with over 20 people in attendance the competitors enacted multiple team-based fights in iron armour equipped with stone swords.

On the 26th of November, Pavia would receive a request of refuge from the leader of the Temporal Isles, PhysicsGamer. The reasons for this request were entangled with the Finite War, a conflict on-going between the nation of Arnen and the Temporal Isles & their ally Valyria. As the Temporal Isles' vault fell due to Gang Shi and Arnen forces, the Pavian government decided to accept Physic's request of refuge, however promised no protection of the Temporal Isles or Valyrian land claims. The remaining Temporals including PhysicsGamer, the leader of Temporal Isles, and Valyrians fled to Pavia, where they were taken in as refugees and given Pavian citizenship. Once the refugees arrived in Pavia, the Duke of Braemar Cissonius in his position as head of the coastguard would raise the threat level to EXPECTED, the 2nd highest ranking.
The Duke of Bedford [[BritishWanderer]], went on to make statements numerous times in global chat directed at Gang Shi that any attack on Pavian citizens, referring to the refugees, would invoke the [[Elysian Pact]]. Despite these statements, however, a number of Gang Shi combatants came to Pavia's vault multiple times, seeing PhysicsGamer on radar inside the vault, and lingering for a time in each instance.
The introduction of the refugees into the Pavian community arguably marked the beginning of globalisation of the Principality. A majority of the citizens, and the bulk of residents within the City were now either dual citizens or refugees. These citizens bought with them their culture, wealth and activity which boosted Pavia to heights previously unseen, refugee labour was instrumental in a number of construction projects and assistance in excavating defensive infrastructure and was of a general great benefit to Pavia.

On November 29th, 2022, PhysicsGamer was contacted by K0mmi, who claimed to represent Arnen, regarding a cessation of the war, dropping all demands for peace terms. A white peace was quickly accepted by the Temporal Isles. Based on this, on December 4th, 2022, PhysicsGamer made the decision to return to the Temporal Isles, beginning to assess the damage and clean, destroying snitches found and removing grief. Quickly, he was instructed in direct messages by Arnen players including DockerImage and K0mmi to leave the vault, threatening to destroy the Temporal Isles. These demands were refused.
Later that same day, Ocalan leader IbisMan arrived at the Arnen skybunker. He was told to leave and still remained near the skybunker, walking around the hole. After being followed by DockerImage for a time, IbisMan felt he was being pursued, so he potted up and engaged Docker, who quickly fled. In response, Arnen elected to treat Ocala as a participant in the war, declaring war upon Ocala and continuing the war with the Temporal Isles after it was declined to peace out of the war separately from the Temporal Isles.
Peace negotiations were attempted again on December 7th and 8th, 2022, with the Temporal Isles demanding that peace be made with all current belligerents at once, with [[Pavia]] agreeing to be a third party for a peace treaty. Arnen representative dredd_kiji eventually agreed to a unified settlement despite desiring to create settlements separately. A treaty in which all hostilities ceased, 32 diamonds in reparations would be paid to Arnen from Ocala, and a mutual ban of belligerent parties from one anothers' territories was drafted and verbally agreed to by all parties. However, on December 8th 2022 IbisMan was attacked by Arnen and Icenian figures on an Ocalan ice road to a nether portal owned by Icenia(though there had been an agreement for Ocala to retain use of the portal in exchange for Icenia holding groups on the portal) due to him being labeled as POS in Icenia, a non-participatory party, for attacking DockerImage in Arnen. Due to this Arnen withdrew from peace agreements.
A few hours after the failed attack tunnel, a teamfight ensued on a Temporal Isles island against IbisMan by Arnen and Icenian combatants. PhysicsGamer came upon the scene after seeing a large number of snitch hits at the border, and attempted to break up the fight, instructing the parties to separate and telling the Icenian and Arnen party to stay off of Temporal land, as negotiations with Icenian leadership for Ibis's pearl had already been underway. Slushhi crossed the border, anyway, and was KB'ed off of the land, resulting in more individuals moving on the land, and further KB attempts off of the land. During this time PhysicsGamer would be pearled by Slushii after falling into his own vault as a result of prior Gang Shi grief. Blu9710, a Temporal Isles citizen, would be pearled by IbisMan after an attempted betrayal.

Duchies may be dissolved through a majority plus one vote of the Privy Council, with these votes the ruling Duke is stripped of their title, and their lands are absorbed back into the Crownland territories. It is generally accepted that Dukes that are removed from power keep any landed or unlanded titles they hold in other Duchies in Pavia.
