Winterbourne
The Kingdom of Winterbourne is led by Her Majesty the Princess Bow of the Royal House Winterbourne and was geographically in the +,+ quadrant of Civ Classic on land West of Odresh under the protectorate of Yoahtl.
It adopted Yoahtl law and delegated tasks of crime and national security to the Yoahtl government under the Winterbourne Peace Declaration and further boldened by the Winterbourne Act. All subjects of the crown are expected to abide by the laws and customs of Yoahtl as if it were a citizen.
Citizenship of Yoahtl grants honorary citizen of Winterbourne, however citizenship of Winterbourne does not guarantee citizenship of Yoahtl, though it’s subjects shall enjoy expected freedom of travel within Yoahtl without prejudice. The reigning monarch of Winterbourne holds a royal prerogative of creating and enacting law, and meting out punishment by order, this prerogative however has historically very rarely been exercised. In the event the reigning monarch is incapacitated or dies an honored Alcuahtl of Yoahtl will become monarch of Winterbourne, until such time an heir becomes apparent.

Yoahtl Diplomatic Mission
On the 20th September 2021, a diplomatic mission was sent to New Yoahtl City from Winterbourne to deliver a peace declaration and an official banner of House Winterbourne in exchange for free homesteading of the land of West Odresh.

Winterbourne located itself in the far North of the CivMC world encompassing the North Pole. An area desolate of life, the people of Winterbourne are of hard stock and make do with little; though enjoy the privilege of having a special relationship with Yoahtl allowing it's citizens to visit and roam in sunnier climates.
